WINTER STORAGE RATE SCHEDULE

NOVEMBER 1, 2007 to MARCH 31, 2008

DRY STORAGE, (plus NJ sales tax):
	If contract is signed before:	11/1/07	$ 30.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**
	If contract is signed after:	10/31/07	$ 35.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**

	Dry storage includes all of the following: 1.) Hauling boat from LPMYC marina lift basin 2.) Power wash hull below the waterline (Note: moderate to heavy barnacle growth requiring scraping and/or detergent wash will be an additional $1.50 per foot.) 3.) Blocking boat in storage yard (Yard will be closed after normal business hours) 4.) Launching boat in spring All boats remaining in the storage yard beyond March 31, 2008, other than boats stored for repairs being made by LPMYC, boats under brokerage agreement with LPMYC or boats which have a valid and fully paid summer 2008 storage contract, are subject to a storage fee of $25.00 per day plus moving and re-blocking charges. WET STORAGE, (no NJ sales tax):			$ 38.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**

	Wet storage includes all of the following: 1.) In water storage in marina basin area designated by LPMYC. 2.) De-icing as necessary, includes LPMYC equipment and labor, (customer de-icing equipment is prohibited in the basins). All boats in water must be winterized including engines and water systems. All seacocks must be closed and bilge pumps operable. See rental agreement for other terms and conditions.

OTHER HAULING SERVICE RATES, (plus NJ sales tax):
	Short haul (1 hour maximum)		$ 6.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**
	Long haul (2 week maximum)		$ 8.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**
	Haul and set boat on trailer		$ 8.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**
	Power wash		$ 2.00	Per foot/L.O.A.**

OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WORK ON ANY BOAT LOCATED ANYWHERE ON MARINA PROPERTY. ALL SERVICES MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH THE FRONT OFFICE. Want to sell your boat? Ask us about our on-site brokerage service. Keys must be provided for all stored boats. All winter storage fees must be paid in full upon signing of contract. Debit cards and all major credit cards are accepted. ** L.O.A. means the overall length of your boat which is not necessarily the same length as listed on your boat registration. The L.O.A. of your boat will be determined by LPMYC and will include the measurements of bow pulpits, swim platforms and transom motor mount brackets.
