Winter Storage Rate Schedule

November 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020
DRY STORAGE, (plus NJ sales tax):
  If contract is signed before: 11/01/19 $32.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
  If contract is signed after:

10/31/19

 $36.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
         
  WHAT'S INCLUDED:      
  1.) Hauling boat from LPMYC marina lift basin to yard storage area. (We can also remove your boat from your slip to the lift basin for $105.00)
  2.) Detergent wash at waterline.
  3.) Power wash hull below the waterline. (Note: moderate to heavy barnacle growth requiring scraping will be an additional charge.)
  4.) Blocking boat
  5.) Launching boat in spring
         
  Note: all boats remaining in dry storage beyond March 31, 2020 will be charged a storage fee of $25.00 per day plus moving and reblocking charges, except boats that are:
  a.) Stored for repairs being made by LPMYC, or
  b.) Under a signed brokerage agreement with LPMYC, or
  c.) Under a valid and fully paid summer 2020 summer storage contract.

WET STORAGE, (no NJ sales tax): $40.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
         
  WHAT'S INCLUDED:      
  1.) In water storage in marina basin area designated by LPMYC.
  2.) De-icing as necessary, includes LPMYC equipment and labor, (customer de-icing equipment is prohibited in the basins).
  Note: All boats in water must be winterized including engines and water systems. All seacocks must be closed and bilge pumps operable.

OTHER HAULING SERVICE RATES, (plus NJ sales tax):
  Short haul (1 hour maximum) $6.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
  Long haul (2 week maximum) $10.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
  Haul and set boat on trailer $8.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
  * Bunk trailer additional charge $50.00  
  Power wash hull below waterline $2.00 Per foot/L.O.A.**
         

PERSONS OTHER THAN THE BOAT OWNER ARE NOT PERMITTED TO WORK ON ANY BOAT LOCATED ANYWHERE ON MARINA PROPERTY. ALL SERVICES MUST BE SCHEDULED WITH THE FRONT OFFICE. INSURANCE CERTIFICATES MUST BE PROVIDED BY ANY PERSON/CONTACT OR APPROVED BY LPMYC. A 10% PREMISES SERVICE FEE WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST ALL PERSONS/CONTRACTORS GRANTED ACCESS BY LPMYC TO THE PREMISES WITH A MINIMUM ASSESSMENT OF $50.00. THE BOAT OWNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CONTRACTORS AND THE PAYMENT OF THE PREMISES ACCESS FEE.

All winter storage fees must be paid in full upon signing of contract.

** L.O.A. means the overall length of your boat which is not necessarily the same length as listed on your boat registration. The L.O.A. of your boat will be determined by LPMYC and will include the measurements of bow pulpits, swim platforms and transom motor mount brackets.
